good habits create good mental health
solution-focused support to help parents create the conditions for
mental health and emotional wellness at home
Is your child in acting in a challenging or confusing way?
Is your child on a waitlist or are you unable to find a therapist you trust?
Is your child making progress in therapy and you need a home environment to support the progress?
Are you feeling overwhelmed in an area of parenting and wanting new insights?
You are your child's best bet
I support parents when their child is acting in a challenging, confusing or troubling way. As a parent, you are best placed to know when something is amiss with your child and you can be an important part of helping them get better. There are specific, parent-led interventions for many common childhood struggles that are overwhelmingly effective.
Parent interventions don't mean that you are to blame for why your child is struggling, but simply that you are capable of being involved in or facilitating the solution. Fostering a supportive emotional climate at home through small changes is effective in helping the majority of struggling children
